October 19: Accessibility Saturday: Featuring live audio description services, sensory friendly light and sound design, and our standard hearing loop.

Commissioned in 2019 by the Big Bridge Theatre Consortium, Rohina Malik's beautiful play traces the stories of three Muslim-American women as they navigate life, love and loss in contemporary America. While life after college isn't what any of them expected, the women are united in their love for ice cream, their penchant for laughter and their commitment to wearing their hijabs as a reflection of their faithfulness to God. Unfortunately, their lives are up-ended when their mosque is desecrated by locals from the community. Their response to this event changes the course of their lives. The Hijabis offers a challenging, deeply meaningful and wildly funny production, connecting audiences to the power of faith and life-giving friendships in the midst of life's journey.

The Sunday, October 20 performance at 2:00pm is free and does not require a ticket. .
